Our History
El Chapulin Oaxaqueno opened its doors in 2017 with one idea in mind: bringing our customers the true flavors of amazing Tex-Mex cooking in a friendly atmosphere.

This taco truck rocks! I ordered two tacos (birria and asada) with a side of rice and beans. They crisped the meat on the flat top which gives it the caramelization that it deserves. The beans were intensely flavored. Even the Mexican rice was very pleasing which rarely happens.

Really tasty pastor tacos. Juicy and flavorful. The medium and hot salsas are both very fresh and tasty too. This is going to be my go to spot for tacos now! So glad this option exists for us in WS! Great to have awesome food options outside of the Junction area.

Always good food. Note that this is the taco truck that used to be near the junction. This new location is way easier to get to and park.
